There is a small toilet block with 2 stalls and a urinal that is shared between 3 small shops. Its in rough condition as it's not been owned or maintained by anyone for a long time. There is a few issues I'd like to get some help with: - urinal is blocked (tried various times to plunger it and that helps as a very temporary fix) - one of the out pipes of one of the toilets leaks heavily - one of the pipes next to the sink leaks a little as well. - separately in the shop there is a single copper pipe under the sink that leads into the sink faucet I would like to get a T put into the pipe so that we can connect a washing machine or something and upgrade the sink tap later. I would like to get these done soon or even today if possible.
