TV bracket removal and plaster wall to 'make good' for property vacate

Need plaster the ceiling 2320*1910mm

Moved in to an apartment that needed some cabling working and some patching up from the previous owner. Smaller holes are around 5x5cm (walls), a few small holes near the speaker (roof - picture) and a larger hole (pictured) is around 30cm x 30cm (ceiling). All holes are pictured. Require them to be patched, sanded and ready for painting. (No painting required) Location is Windsor VIC. I have off street parking so you can avoid getting a fine. We have a small corner in our bedroom where there was old water damage that has caused the drywall to warp and come off the stud. Because of this, there is a small area that needs to be replaced and checked for mould and potentially sprayed for mould. Area is no more than 1 square meter and affects the corner of the wall which includes the wall and a small part of the ceiling corner. Fix a hole in a plasterboard of a small divisor wall in a living room. Including painting I guess

I want to remove this door and just have it look like a hallway. Need someone to do that and plaster or fill the holes and paint so it looks like it was never there. There is also a door stopper that needs to be removed (I have stain the color needed to match floors). Door and rubbish for the job needs to be removed. Photos attached

Hello! We have got a hole in the external of our place. It’s not of massive concern as it’s just the plaster on the outside of the double brick. We think there may of been a crack, some water has got in and now it’s come away. We need someone to patch it please and make it look the same as the exterior.
