I’m moving out and need a few repairs done for an end of lease to hopefully regain my full bond. Jobs needed: A mural was removed and it has pulled off some plaster. The wall underneath appears to be white wallpaper. I need the wall repaired and repainted or replastered to a neat white finish. One window pane needs replacement as is cracked. One wall has some plaster spots and needs paint matched to the existing wall or the wall repainted. There is a mirror with a crack — fixing this would be a bonus but not essential. I’m looking for someone experienced with plastering and painting. If any of these repairs are very expensive, I may choose not to proceed with all items, Thanks

I have some water damage on the bedroom roof. The patch is. 60cm L x 45cm W. The source of the damage has been resolved. I require the damaged section to be cut out and replaced with a patch ready for painting down the track

Needing to get a hole in the wall plastered. Hole is about the size of a bottle. Looking to get this completed as soon as possible.

I need someone to make a very clean cut around an already existing cut of plaster board. It needs to be a very clean square cut, I have outlined in blue what the cut will need to be. It's a small area, to give you an idea of scale those are washing machine hose / water pumps. I don't need it 'patched up' or replastered or anything like this, just to make it clean and tidy.

Ceiling vent was removed to deal with a blockage between the roof cowl and the vent but the vent was not replaced. I need someone to supply & replace the vent and plaster it over to make it look decent. See attached photos - one is of the ceiling opening in question and the other is an example of another vent - the replacement vent & plastering job need not look the same as the example, but it should look decent. We removed an old gas wall heater but now have a hole in the wall. I need the wall plastered over and painted. The gap is quite deep, so I think there needs to be brick or something to fill the internal cavity.

1930s apartment recently rewired and chasing done on the walls and ceiling. Now need render, plaster and repaint. Minor damage to some heritage cornices too, but if complex, can exclude from the job / discuss. All up: 6 rooms of chased walls, 5 rooms of chased ceilings needing render and plaster, then repaint. Open minded about painting just being a patch job or complete repaint.

Plastering and painting repairs

Paint inside a cupboard in a bathroom and paint a kitchen wall pre shelf installation. Prep coat and paint supplied. Bring own ladder bushes rollers etc. water based paint. Note in photos of kitchen… tiles will be installed to 650 high around the kitchen. The laundry cupboard to be painted is in the bathroom photo which is now tiled. The cupboard to be painted is on the right.
