I have a bathroom skylight shaft that is currently lined with I'm guessing foil-faced insulation board that looks unfinished with gaps. Looking to get it lined with moisture-resistant plasterboard, skimmed, and painted white. The job involves: • Removing the existing foil insulation panels from the shaft • Lining the shaft with moisture-resistant plasterboard • Setting and skimming to a smooth finish • Painting white • Sealing any gaps at the corners where the shaft meets the ceiling Looking for someone who can come ASAP! I need to remove a tv bracket, and then plaster and paint the wall.

There is a piece of plasterboard from the original ceiling of my home that has fallen loose and needs replacing/repair. Access is through the man-hole into the concealed ceiling (note the ceiling was dropped in a 1970s renovation). The entire flooring of this dropped ceiling will need to be completely cleared and cleaned (with an industrial vacuum) to prepare for insulation to be laid. Contractor to source materials and must have own industrial vacuum.

Fix Roof Leak & Repair Ceiling Plasterboard I’m looking for an experienced roofer/handyman to fix a roof leak and repair internal ceiling damage. Water is leaking through a box gutter and coming into the ceiling. It appears the issue is where two box gutters join, and water is seeping through the connection. The current silicone fix isn’t working, so I’m after a more permanent solution. Patch up some holes in ceiling and cornices plus apply plaster to one side of a wall around 200 wide as demo was done and plaster was removed . 4 x half moon circles in ceiling. ( old Whirlybirds in roof) Will need a high ladder . Supply own products
