Weekend thunderstorm led to leaky roof - will require a plasterer, roofer to come inspect, quote and repair ASAP please.

I have a two bedroom house in North Fitzroy that requires some plaster repairs and painting. The last time this was done it took 3-4 days. Two living spaces, high ceilings, 1 Bathroom, 1 Small kitchen, 2 bedrooms. The house will be completely empty. I will be able to assist with the work.

Areas on ceiling for plastering

Plaster 4 holes in a toilet room, and fix the piece of skirting board that was removed by the plumber. See photos for details.

Plaster 2x square holes in the drywall (approx 20cmx30cm). Plaster 2x holes in the drywall where lights used to be (approx 3cm diameter) Plaster and cover one rectangle hole in the drywall where light switch used to be (approx 5cmx10cm)

I need a price to plaster, stop and cornice a bedroom. Room is 4.8m*3.8m I’m a handyman, but don’t do plaster, so I will probably have ongoing work. Please only price if you are experienced, don’t want cowboys.
