repair roof from water damage - not patch up I want it replaced with new plaster and painted over

UPDATED - banister has been secured just need the PB repair and paint touch up. We need a small section of plasterboard wall repaired and repainted to bond/inspection standard in our rental home. The damage is above the stairway (photos attached) portable pull-up bar caused a gouge in the plaster and a few paint scuffs. As it fell it then landed on the stair banister causing gouges so we’d like touched up as well. We’re looking for someone who: Has experience with plaster patching, sanding, priming, and paint blending Can colour-match existing wall paint for a seamless finish (we do know the paint colour though) Can secure the banister properly (solidly fixed, not just patched) Will leave everything looking as though nothing ever happened We’d prefer someone who’s done end-of-lease or bond repairs before. If materials can be supplied or included in your quote - please specify. Please include a few photos of similar patch or paint jobs you’ve completed.

Hi, I need a qualified plasterer or handyman to repair a hole in a plasterboard wall in my bedroom (approx. 30cm x 40cm). The wall is standard white but I don’t know the original paint colour. We are looking for a plasterer to finish a semi complete job. Job details are: Kitchen, Bathroom & Ensuite - all have been sheeted and first undercoat completed. I want all rooms brought to final stage ready for painting. Kitchen Ceiling - Replace small section of kitchen ceiling (removed in Demo) approx 3.6m x .3m & 2.3m x .3m Kitchen Cornice - Install Victorian cornice to kitchen ceiling to match existing profile. I have 3 lengths of 4.2mtrs on site. You will need to supply Top coat and Adhesive etc... Please see images.

We recently renovated our kitchen. A free standing cupboard was removed that was attached to the roof that needs to be re-plastering and maybe re-painted over - Due date: Flexible

We have a few holes in plasterboard for repairing. Would like the holes to be plastered and sanded, ready for painting (but painting is not required). In the ceiling, there are 5 small holes. The largest one is about the size of a 50c piece, the other holes are more like 10c piece or 5c piece. In the wall there are 6 main holes. The size varies but on average about the size of a GPO/powerpoint faceplate. 2 of the holes are irregular shape, the others have straight edges. There are also some drill/screw holes in the wall, probably about 30 all up. And also a line of gap filler or something which is attached to the wall, which needs to be removed. This is about 4m long. The wall used to have built in cabinetry, which we have pulled off and now we need to make it a smooth wall again. I set the budget at $10, but please just submit your offer to do the job. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 31 May 2023

We need lathen plaster removed from several walls inside our home. The actual lath wall (wood strips) behind will be staying to accomodate new plasterboard. There are about 3 rooms to do, and 2 hallways. It is dusty work, but not difficult. Must provide your own temporary flooring (as joists are currently bare) and own wheelbarrow to take plaster to skip). 1. Need to fill a small hole in the plasterboard wall at the bottom of the stairs. White walls. It’s about the a 50 cents piece. 2. The light is blow in the stairwell- needs a tall ladder! It’s about 4/5 meters high. I have a light fitting ready to go. It’s a spot light that clips onto place. 3.
