Following a leak from upstairs, my bathroom ceiling is damaged and requires repair for wet area plaster with base coat and paint. I've torn down some of the damaged plaster, as seen in the photos. Please respond with a quote including: - materials to be used - estimated length of time required for the repairs before the shower can be used again Thanks for the consideration.

Need some plaster board replaced that sits behind skirtings. There is about 2 metres in total that needs removal and replacing. In addition there is a small amount of mould that needs removal. Work needs to be done ASAP as the flooring is in the process of being changed and therefore need this completed before they can lay the new boards. In addition to what is in the photos, there is a small area (approx. 2 inches) on the opposite wall that needs replacement too.
