Replace plasterboard ceiling Area is about 1.6m x 2.5m Ceiling was damaged from a roof leak. Roof leak has been fixed. There are some inbuilt cupboards which we would rather not have to remove.

We had some ceiling lights recently replaced and now have the following holes to be patched: 1 x 10cmx8cm hole 2 x 8cmx6cm holes We have an additional area (of the same ceiling) which was subject to some water damage which also needs attention (see pic). Looking for someone's pro opinion on whether this needs plastering as well , or just a paint job. The ceiling in question is the living room on the ground floor of a single storey unit. We work from home so can accomodate most times of the day.

Coat/hang plasterboard. Install cornice. Sand and finish. Two coats. Timber between two nib walls needs to be trimmed and ceiling needs to be patched. A good half day of work. I’m the builder. Let me know if keen.
