This bathroom wall that's painted in black as well as the section below the bath... Was previously painted not using the correct waterproof tile paint... Therefore the wall has started to peel and flake in some spots... Please note that only the internal walls of the apartment and the ceiling requires painting - the exterior walls along the balcony are floor to ceiling windows and do not need to be painted.
