Shop front, Window needs sanded and painted. new short lease, so i dont want to spend a fortune

We would like this office painted including cleaning/priming of walls where applicable. 2x whiteboard walls the rest are just regular paint. Can walk through to quote if needed - there is a lot of window space and some concrete and some felt walls which don't need to be touched. Rough estimate is 125 square meters for normal paint and 24 square meters for whiteboard paint.

I’m looking to get my office door painted, both front and back. It’s already painted, but there are a few marks on it now, including two scuff patches where a sign was removed and some paint came off. Just need a clean repaint over the whole door to freshen it up. I have all the equipment and paint required, no material costs.
