The rest of the wall has been painted and requires slight touch-ups, but nothing major as the wall already has two coats of paint on it. The blue area is carpeted and does not require drop sheets as we'll be replacing all the carpet once paint job is done. However, drop sheets will be required on non-blue areas. The wood elements are all currently painted with an oil-based paint, and we want to convert it to water-based paint. Please provide an offer for to include the following: • Patching, gap filling, washing down surfaces as required. • Sand all wood elements (trims, architraves, doors, door frames etc) • Supply of material.
