Box in water pipes from vanity to floor, including a tiled skirting 10cmx10x10x50 ish (I have the tile and the sheet). Complete the caulking: incl around the toilet, skirting and on the mitred tiles incl removing some around the skirting. Paint bathroom walls, doors, architraves and ceiling - needs a bit of sanding e.g. around skirting and removal of previous poor paint job.

Black grill gates need to be lightly sanded and a freshen up with gloss paint, black box, two French doors, door frames., two ceilings, walls. Areas are small. Front entrance is high. Prefer someone with experience at painting. BYO drop sheets and sheets to protect plant in urn in front entrance. All spatter pant on tiles need to cleaned after job and removed.
