Hey there After the below paint jobs done; - ceiling in living room approx 5x7mtrs - paint bedroom all over darker (not including feature wall) approx 3x3mtrs - patch paint where water damage marks are Pics included :)

For a seasoned handyman. We are vacating a property and need the following tasks completed asap: 1. Touch up paint on a wall where the paint has peeled a bit (came off when pulling a poster down - see pics - the biggest is about 4x2cm). The wall colour is off-white/cream. No holes, just peeled paint. 2. Touch up a small chip in enamel of bathroom basin (dropped a perfume bottle - see pic - only about 3mm) 3. Max 30mins of mowing and 30mins of weeding (see pic - it is just a patch at the rear of the garden that our electric mower could not reach). Prefer someone who can manage all 3 tasks. Can be done late arvo or early evening on April 5th or 6th
