We are moving offices and will need a handy man for about a half day to come in and fix all the holes in the wall and do some minor paint jobs

Need a painter who is qualified to paint a steel beam with intumescent paint (as per a DA requirement). Please not price is negotiable and just a placeholder. Date is when we can do the work, quote and site visit is expected before.

My lease is up and I’ve messed up my walls (ahhh). It’s an old flat and I had the 3M sticky hooks on them for hanging up art. Will need to have them plastered and painted over I think. Hello, I'm looking for someone who can come and clean, sand and restain our little courtyard. Also clean up the wooden bin boxes and the gate to make it all look fresh. The table we would also love to get done but likely in diff colour oil. I'm fleixble on when the job can get done and realize its weather dependant but would love if it can be done in the next couple weeks. In addition it may have to be a job where half gets done and then the other as we don't have somewhere to put the table but can chat through that together. Entry clean was not good enough for us. I need someone to come in and clean spots left - this is predominantly all the skirting boards (4 bed house) and spot areas - window shelf on few windows, shower door and and once over, some wall spots.
