The kitchen cabinets in the house I bought have been spray painted over badly in gloss white. I assume no primer was used as they have just chipped. Looking for someone to strip off the bad paint (comes off very easily to touch and repaint them in non chipping paint. Cupboards are usual type of kitchen cabinets.
