I have a couple of excel processes that I want to make more efficient. I'm looking at this as a 4 hour trial with the person to see if we can work on other similar excel improvement tasks together. One is a short list of credits and debits from a bank statement for an airbnb. It drives from a bank statement export, appends to a data range, uses filters to allocate the rows to expense categories then refreshes a pivot table. Another xls drives from an export of working time which i want to work out a way to summarise and import into Xero bookkeeping to create Sales invoices. Another creates a csv that i want to speed up and remove manual data entry risks.

Hello, i'm hoping to find someone who can teach me how to use formulas to bulk update product pricing from multiple supplier excel spreadsheets and an export of our products from Xero. We only sell select items from each supplier, so I need to know how to isolate the ones we sell or ignore the ones we dont have on our Xero export. This part seems to be tripping everyone up...but there has to be a way to do it!! i think its the VLOOKUP formula, but im not confident lol Im really hoping for someone to come to the office and give me a crash course...bonus points if you are good at explaining what you are doing! Create spreadsheets from my bank statements. Work will need ti be done onsite in my home at Darlinghurst equipment provided.
