I need help with: • Understanding how Microsoft OneDrive works on my laptop • Managing and deleting photos safely (including from iPhone 13 and OneDrive cloud) • Making sure important photos are backed up • Freeing up storage on my iPhone 13 and in OneDrive • Making it simple for me to use going forward I’d prefer someone who has strong experience with Microsoft 365 / OneDrive and can explain things clearly, step-by-step. Please only offer if you’re comfortable teaching beginners and have very good spoken English.

Windows 11 laptop with Microsoft 365 subscription. 3 email accounts with MS Exchange hosted by Crazy Domain. All email account work with webmail, however have not been able to set up with desktop Outlook. Need Exchange accounts (email,calendars, contacts) synchronised with Outlook clien on laptop. Crazy Domain support can not duplicate the issue. Budget $100 to attend and $200 if successful.

Hi there, I’m looking for someone experienced with Microsoft Surface devices or Windows troubleshooting to help fix my Microsoft Surface Go. The laptop has two main issues: -It won’t connect to Wi-Fi or any networks -After doing a factory reset, it’s not reloading Microsoft properly on boot up (it just gets stuck or doesn’t load Windows correctly) I need someone who can diagnose and repair these problems — ideally restoring it back to working condition with Windows fully reinstalled and Wi-Fi/network connection working again) Geeks2U came out and i was told the wifi issue was q result of a VPN app which had been downloaded, but he wasnt able to fix it. Hi all, I need some in person assistance on my brand new Surface Laptop 7. It came installed with Windows 11, however once I booted it, I decided I would try and install Windows 11 Pro as it will be my business laptop. I purchased Windows 11 Pro on my personal Microsoft account, installed it, reset the laptop, and logged in via my work Microsoft account. Once I was in, I cannot do anything as it is not letting me log in as the administrator of the account. It is also asking me to activate my Windows. Some in person help in Cremorne would be appreciated so I can fix these problems as soon as possible.
