Setting up your Apple ID

Setting up on other devices

I have an HP Elite Desk top computer with my photos stored both on the c drive of that computer, and in subdirectories on OneDrive. some of my photos have uploaded to iCloud. I have tried several times with Apple help to get this problem resolved and they have not been able to assist. (many hours wasted) have tried changing the file extensions to .jpg (as at one stage were getting errors saying iCloud could not take files other than with a .jpg extension) also tried copy directly from the directory on my computer into the iCloud directory, by copying and pasting, dragging files, both as a group and individually. Also tried uploading from iCloud. I am wanting to find someone who has had experience in exactly this issue and knows (without looking anything up) exactly how to fix it. please make sure you have a solution to this problem to assist me in uploading my photos to iCloud.
