Hi, I need to get a wooden door installed. 1200 wide, 2040 height with 40 depth. I would also like the door drilled out for a deadbolt assembly/striker. Only one door, main entrance door.

To install a power point into this interior wall. First picture is front where point should go , second photo shows back of wall

My lounge sliding door requires fixing . Looks like it comes off from hinges and may require some aligning on the panels too .

Motor cables have come loose and cannot raise the blinds up

Sliding door needs attention. The door is extremely difficult to slide. Tried spraying with lubricating spray which fixes the problem for a while but the same issue keeps arising.

In the photos attached outline all the things that needs to be addressed at the house. I'll explain in photo number order. 1) Winch in the back left room needs fixing/replaced. 2) Winch in back right room needs fixing, replaced. 3) Ethernet wall connection needs readjusting. 4) Double doors needs the handle to be put back onto them, those door handles should be near the front of the house. 5) Same as number 4 Number 6/10 Can't add photos as airtasker only allows 5, can show through messages. 6) Door handle needs tightening if possible. If broken replace. 7) Same as number 4 8) Power point needs to be replastered if possible. 9) Blind frame is hanging a bit low on the top. Can we place back to original position. 10) Bottom door handle doesn't lock with key very well, top lock is fine. If those door handles do not fit back onto the doors, happy to get new ones though I think they can be securely placed back onto the doors. Happy to pay for any addtional items needed.

Removing and Installing x9 door handles.

Bed is broken.. hoping to glue timber back together and get a new piece of timber to attach underneath this to secure it.

repair a laminex surface burnt by a pot.

The electric motor has jammed on our Ozshut external roller shutter on my laundry door. This was fairly new when we purchased the house 10 years ago.
