Seeking A Professional, Friendly, Adaptable & Reliable Trade/Handyman - for ongoing maintenance and minor renovation projects, tasks commencing after May/June. Initially there will be a paid call-out fee of $20 to provide an accurate quote prior to potential hiring. Preferably quotes to be done Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Sunday Afternoons. I am looking for someone who is professional, adaptable, and able to tackle a variety of small tasks. Current and upcoming tasks include: 1. Tightening/adjustment of shower head 2. Removal of spilled paint on outdoor bricks and decking 3. Painting around the newly installed skylight 4. Removal and replacement of bamboo outdoor privacy wall 5. Removal and replacement of laundry sink & eventually bathtub 6. In addition to the tasks listed, we generally need help with small maintenance and odd jobs as they arise. Recommend replacing as a cost effective solution. -The air conditioning unit was found running, and the house was cool while the unit was in dry operation mode. When set to cooling mode with the temperature at 24 degrees, there was no response. However, when the temperature was lowered to 20 degrees, the unit activated.
