Need an experienced Gyprockers for a weeks work. Must have experience installing ceiling hatches.

Need to find a handyman to install a new power outlet. It will require cutting through the tile to access wiring. It is a gyprock plasterboard/drywall wall behind the tile. It is quite easy to reach out the wire from existing outlet on the other side of the wall (see image). Remove existing shower fixtures (showerhead, mixer, etc.) from the tiled wall, remove shower doors. No plumbing reconnection needed at this stage.

Kitchen sink tap water flow has reduced after I replaced the filter. The confusing part is that both the hot and cold water flows have reduced despite the filter only being used for cold water. Suspect either a washer replacement or there might be a problem with the tap itself.

This roller shutter cannot go up anymore. Better to repair, if not, please remove it. It is on the window on the up floor. See attached photos

The centre Door Stopper on the top of the sliding fly screen doors (to the balcony) is missing, need replacement urgently Without the door stopper on the top , the whole fly screen sways when it is windy, right now it is just a hole in the sliding slot
