We have a double garage with B&D Roll-A-Door. I've bought a Chamberlain RollerLift Plus Roller Garage Door Opener and want someone to install it.

Kitchen sink tap water flow has reduced after I replaced the filter. The confusing part is that both the hot and cold water flows have reduced despite the filter only being used for cold water. Suspect either a washer replacement or there might be a problem with the tap itself.

Upgrade laundry by removing the sink, installing Bunnings cabinets, sink and a mirror (minor cutting). Some tiles may need removal, but glueing the new mirror could be cheaper option. Everything is pre-sized. See photos.

This roller shutter cannot go up anymore. Better to repair, if not, please remove it. It is on the window on the up floor. See attached photos

The centre Door Stopper on the top of the sliding fly screen doors (to the balcony) is missing, need replacement urgently Without the door stopper on the top , the whole fly screen sways when it is windy, right now it is just a hole in the sliding slot

I’m in Thornleigh. I have the following tasks Install skirting strip approximately 2 m in length to window sill in new kitchen ( needs to be cut to size both length and height ) Install two small 30cm strips each side of new fridge cavity. ( needs to be cut to size ) Install 1x 70 cm floating oak shelf to gyprock wall. ( bracket and drilling already complete on shelf & ready for install ) Install floating oak shelf ( it’s solid oak and pretty heavy) needs to be mounted on brick laundry wall, the length of shelf required is approximate 1.1m, this oak shelf will need to be Cut to precise length and holes drilled into depth of wood to allow for hidden bracket mount.

1) We need a new wooden gate installed. Gate will be purchased see photos. Size 1833 by 900. I measured the width is 940 mm and the old frame is 1880 height 2) The gate on one side will need to be cut to fit around one spot on the left side also see photos. 3) There is some old frame parts that need removing. New frame installed also see photos. Will need to be purchased by Airtasker. 4) Requires a latch to be purchased by the Airtasker and installed. 5) There are previously drilled holes, see photos but some drilling into brick maybe required This may take two visits for measuring a fitting. One of the bedroom ceiling fan doesn't work with the remote, light is working fine but fan doesn't start when press the remote. Also 3-4 external lights on the wall doesn't work which need be inspected and repaired. The budget is for service, I can supply fan or bulbs for repairing or replacement after your inspection. I require an experienced person to repair / realign my single garage door. For context an item blocked the door when it was closing and consequently 15 mins later discovered the door hadn’t closed. The motor works and appears to run fine, it just won’t lift the door anymore so I figure the roller door is now out of alignment. Requires fixing this week if possible please located Thornleigh.

Remove x2 roller shutters from the outside of our bedroom window. We will discard blinds no need to take it away. Just want them off.
