Replace 4 gate hinges on the larger gates and 2 gate hinges replaced. In addition new latches for both gates. Add a picket at end of fence to removed gap with neighbours fence. I have hinges and latches

Some windows cannot be locked

Two ceiling fans are very slow to get started then are very slow and not creating much airflow. Can this be fixed (e.g. worn capacitors)?

General Maintenance / Handyman works at 3 Sheike stores around Perth. Hoping for one person/contractor to complete the works at each store preferably (each located within 25 minutes of each other) , otherwise can be split.
