I’m looking for someone experienced with curtain installation to install two Freedom curtain tracks and hang S-fold curtains across a set of four-panel balcony doors. The job involves: - Installing 2 x 180 cm Freedom curtain tracks (3.6 m total) onto a rendered masonry/brick wall - Tracks to be installed approximately 2.8 m from the floor (ceiling height is approx. 3 m) - Fitting the supplied S-fold hooks into the two curtains - Hanging the curtains onto the tracks and making sure the S-folds sit correctly - Ensuring both tracks are level, aligned neatly and securely fixed I already have both tracks, curtains and curtain hooks. You will need to bring your own suitable ladder, drill and tools, including anything required for fixing the tracks securely into the rendered masonry wall. There is currently a roller blind over the doors, which is staying in place. The curtain tracks will be installed above/in front of this. The property is being prepared for leasing, so I am looking for a practical, durable and cost-effective solution suitable for a rental property. Scope of work: Measure windows throughout the house requiring blinds. Remove and dispose of existing blinds/window coverings where required. Supply new blinds for the required windows. Install all blinds securely and professionally. Include all brackets, fittings, fixings and other materials required. Blinds should provide appropriate privacy and light control. Preference for neutral-coloured, easy-to-clean and durable blinds suitable for a rental property. Ensure any blind cords/chains and installation comply with applicable child-safety requirements. Remove installation waste and leave the property tidy. Please include in your offer the type of blinds recommended (e.g. roller or vertical), approximate material and labour cost, whether removal/disposal of existing blinds is included, warranty if applicable, estimated completion time, and earliest availability. We’re struggling to drill far enough into a brick wall with the drill we have, in order to install the brackets. There are 3 brackets to be installed and 2 rods to hold a block out curtain and sheer curtain.
