The clothesline is a wall-mounted folding type, attached to a brick wall with screws and wall plugs. It's sagging due to loose or failing fixings. You'll to supply new screws and wall plugs to secure it properly. Also, there's a never used hole to drill a second screen in to brick with a screw sleeve at the top, ideally drill and fasten that one up too. Nb. The clothes line itself is not broken and is fine.

Supply & Replacement of 3x flyscreens behind security screens

Long story short: a family member installed the wallpaper, it didn’t stick, peeled off and needs to be replaced. The wall has been recently painted, and I’m not sure if it needs to be primed or if using more adhesive is the way to go. Either way, thought it might be time to get some experts involved. If it’s possible to get this done in Jan, I’d be very grateful. Please find attached a picture of the wall, the label for the wallpaper and what the wallpaper looked like when installed.
