Find an experienced handyman in Haymarket

It may be simple job but I just don't know how to figure it out. This cheap blind can be placed back into its existing brackets, but when the chain is pulled normally, the plastic end fittings/brackets gradually move apart. The chain mechanism then disengages and spins without raising or lowering the blind. The location is near between central and townhall station. Building car park is availalbe. I have the step to reach the blind at home.

As shown in my photos, the sink was originally fixed from the underside of a large stone (possibly marble or granite) benchtop. Recently, the sink detached and dropped down because the original mounting system failed. I suspect there may also have been a wooden support frame that has deteriorated over time, possibly due to moisture from worn or ineffective sealant around the sink edges. I need someone experienced in repairing or reinstalling this type of sink, including working with mixed materials (stainless steel sink, stone benchtop, and possibly replacement timber supports if required). We had an issue with our air conditioner, and a section of the ceiling had to be cut ( two holes around 20*30CM) to allow access. Now the ceiling needs to be repaired. There are two areas that require fixing. Additionally, the current ceiling grid is quite large, and we would prefer to replace it with a smaller one. The technician also recommended installing a square access panel next to the air conditioning grille to make future maintenance easier.
