Hi, I need someone to mount a 100-inch motorised projector screen to my ceiling. The Job: 1. Find the timber beams (joists) in the ceiling. 2. Drill and screw the 2 brackets securely into the timber. 3. Lift the screen and attach it to the brackets. The Parts: - I have the screen and the brackets. - Please supply the heavy-duty screws to make sure it doesn't fall, from my measurement: - 2x M8 Coach Screws (50mm long, Galvanised). - 2x M8 Mudguard Washers (Large washers to cover the bracket hole). Tools You Need: - Accurate Stud Finder (Must be able to find the center of the joist to avoid splitting). - Drill and bits. - Ratchet/Spanner for the bolts. - Ladder. I can help lift the screen up. Job details: - 20 holes to be drilled (some existing holes can be reused) - Ceiling layer: ~10mm gypsum/plasterboard, then a perforated metal angle/frame (part of the balcony door/window frame), then concrete - Requires screws with wall plugs/anchors suitable for concrete - Indoor installation, balcony door/window area What you need to provide: - Tools and equipment for drilling through plasterboard, metal, and concrete - Suitable fixings (screws and wall plugs) for secure mounting - Ladder (ceiling height 2.7m) What I will provide: - New blinds (Tuiss Blinds Online) - Clear access to the work area - Disposal of old blinds

I recently purchased a second-hand recliner chair, a few weeks ago, that is in relatively good working condition at the time. The other day, one of the zig-zag springs under the seat has just snapped off and needs to be repaired (another spring was already broken when I initially bought it through Facebook Marketplace) so in total there are 2 springs that need replacement/repairing. I do acknowledge that I’m currently on the heavier side, weighing around 120kg, but I’m hoping the issue is more related to the chair’s prior wear and age rather than my weight.
