Our toilet seat has come undone and needs screwing back in. Plus there is no lock on the door, but there is a hook clip, so we need the hook attached to the door.

Multiple items needing wall mounting. More details below. 1. Two Ikea wall cabinets (shoe cupboards in the image) to be mounted onto a brick wall. Bottom to align with existing cabinets. 2. Curtain rod to be mounted on brick wall. 3. Curtain rod to be mounted from bathroom ceiling (to replace the temporary rod that is in the image). 4. Mirror to be mounted to tile bathroom wall. Existing mirror needs to be removed also. I think it may be glued on.

Installation of blinds, will require drilling of curtain rod. Removal of curtain rods: all curtains have been removed. There are 5 rods.

We have 6 motorised blinds that won't budge up/down. One is stuck in the full down position. The others are stuck all rolled up at the top. When I use the remote, I can hear the motor trying to get going, but no movement. The ones that are stuck up feel like they have rolled over the top and are caught (maybe?). Hi, I need a DC ceiling fan (Eglo, Seacliff 52") installed in my unit in Dulwich hill. It's and older unit, so it's a concrete ceiling. There is an existing light fitting and a switch on the wall 2 metres away from the light fitting.

One chain broken, need to fix

The drain under the kitchen sink is blocked. Tried unscrewing the s-trap to take some things about but this is just building up with water causing a leak. This is for a unit.

Looking for someone who can install frameless shower glass. Will need to drill holes in tiles. Tiles have been installed onto fibre cement board there is roughly a 15mm cavity between cement board and brick wall for plumbing. Will need to silicone to prevent water escaping past the shower glass. Will need to slightly trim bottom of bracket to clearance shower step. The bracket that attaches to glass is full length. Shower screen was purchased from future glass. Will need to check before drilling holes but there should be no plumbing or electrical in the way but better safe than sorry.
