I put my foot through the Gyprock next to the manhole. Needs to be repaired and set ready for painting.

We have had cabinets and hooks removed from walls and need the damaged areas plastered ready for the painter.

Box Hill - Broken window latch Materials need to be supplied and we will pay for materials. Budget is just for labour. Must have white card and any trade qualification or contractor licence. 8 kitchen door hinges require repair. Over time the hinges where fitted to the doors have worn and are loose, makeing the doors to hang uneven (see pictures). The hinges are Hettich. We will require plastic plugs to be fitted into the pre-drilled holes and screws into the hinges. There are 24 hinges in total, doors vary in the number of hinges between 2 and 5 each

We cannot get a washing machine into the laundry room because a bifold door is in the way. The door needs to be taken off, and after the machine goes in, be reinstalled. Ideally, we would like task completed today. However, we would consider tomorrow (Monday, 30 June) as well.

Old silicone sealant around the kitchen sink is coming off and it looks mouldy. Need to remove the old one and apply new sealant.

The holes on wooden panel of the bathroom vanity do not hold the screws as they disintegrated over time. I will need to get it fixed in the next 10 days. I am okay with using other hinges as long as it’s fixed and I can open the door properly / the door still attaches to the vanity.

I found two chairs on the side of the road and they’re great but a bit broken. One has some cracked plastic at the back and the other is missing a screw at the top, and the plastic around the other screw has cracked. I would like them to be fixed to be useable- ok if they don’t look perfect.
