Mount a 3 x2.5 m motorised awning to the wall of a granny flat above the slide door. The awning has been mostly assembled but needs some assembly. Mounting will be onto a metal framed clad wall. Willing to pay for additional material if reinforcement is advised. Willing to pay extra if power for the motor can be connected directly to the mains instead of plugged in.

Our café in Dulwich Hill has a cool room (internal space approx. 3m x 2m). The current floor is badly damaged and needs to be covered with a new steel checker plate (floor plate) for durability and food safety. Looking for someone experienced with cool room or commercial kitchen flooring to: • Supply the steel checker plate (floor plate) material • Install the new floor directly over the existing damaged surface • Ensure the installation is strong, safe, and neatly finished to withstand daily commercial use

Fix broken mirror_32cm long

Hole in kitchen, approximately 30cm long and 20cm wide (the actual hole is smaller but the part requiring rendering to be flush with the call is approx that size). I believe it needs to be rendered. Location Dulwich Hill. Ideally completed by the end of October, flexible with work time.

Rebalance ceiling fan and try to stop slight clicking sound. If not able to stop clicking, looking 2 swap the fan in my master with fan in spare bedroom

I need a wooden panel of coat hooks installed into our internal brick wall.

There are two (2) access panels that need to be installed. I do have have both panels and are posted. The ceiling needs to be sealed and patched and I have the cut out. The wall panel needs the door installed . I also need some gyprock parching up done.

I need to make holes in wooden furniture but I don’t have the tools (what assume is a drill) required for it. Is for the tubes and cables of a dishwasher but the holes aren’t big enough for it. I can install the dishwasher by my own, I just need to make the current holes bigger. Negotiable price, I dont have a big budget but something can be done.

8 kitchen door hinges require repair. Over time the hinges where fitted to the doors have worn and are loose, makeing the doors to hang uneven (see pictures). The hinges are Hettich. We will require plastic plugs to be fitted into the pre-drilled holes and screws into the hinges. There are 24 hinges in total, doors vary in the number of hinges between 2 and 5 each

Installing roller blinds to the ceiling. I have 4 roller blinds and brackets ready you need to drill and install for me. Unknown ceiling material. Plaster wall.

We are looking to get this Hills Retractable clothes line installed on our balcony (see photos) - will involve drilling into brick at both ends.

The holes on wooden panel of the bathroom vanity do not hold the screws as they disintegrated over time. I will need to get it fixed in the next 10 days. I am okay with using other hinges as long as it’s fixed and I can open the door properly / the door still attaches to the vanity.
