A car hit my cart at the front right corner causing a dent that prevents my door from opening properly

There are two bleach spots where a guest who was looking out for my apartment during a trip decided to use bleach to clean my carpet floor after a coffee spill. One patch is 50cm x 50cm and the other is 30cm x 30cm. Please find images attached. The carpet in itself is old so I would like honest advice on the best thing to do.

I had a carpenter come and replace my door. He did a very poor job so I’m going to need the door to be reattached to the hinges, the handle to be fixed as it’s currently jammed and a polishing of the edges of the door and thick paint job to match the other doors in my apartment.

Install - door handles x 2 for linen presses - Towel racks x 4 - Hand towel racks x 4 - Shower Caddy x 2 - Soap holder x 2 - Toilet roll holders x 2 - Curtain ceiling runner (see attached pic) - hang curtains - repair curtain pelmet crack - Fix balcony glass sliding doors and lock (jamming and wont lock properly) - Correct door jamb, architrave and carpet re-laid outside bathroom - Leak in fibreglass bath… patch and respray the small area affected - Lay timber boards on tiled floors (bathrooms and kitchen, laundry) : see pics and plan... approx 20sqm * all materials provided... project lead there to guide and assist where required.
