Find an experienced flooring expert in Sandringham VIC

We are in the process of laying and glueing engineered floorboards in two townhouses in Sandringham. And need help for tomorrow and maybe a few extra days. . $50 per hour.

Laying hybrid flooring hand tools are required

Need someone to help me lay and glue engineered floorboards for the day. $50 per hour approx 6 hours

Currently in the process of laying Engineered timber floors. Need an extra hand can guide but need someone who is preferably experienced or clued on. Probably two or three days work. $40 an hour or negotiable.

Removal of underlay that has been glued to floor. 20.4 metres. 2 bedrooms. Hallway and lounge in unit.

I have a garage with concrete floor approx 3.5 x 4.5 m. I have already bought the timber-look vinyl flooring and I just need someone who is good at this sort of thing to come and measure and cut it for me and install it. I was going to do it myself but realised it’s a bit beyond my skill level.. please let me know your best price as I’m trying to do this on a budget! Thank you, Phoebe

We are having carpet installed and need the base of multiple doors (up to 5) shaved by 25mm to accommodate this.

Remove carpet tack strips from 4 rooms as well as either knockdown or remove staples used for underlay. Must be professional, experienced and hardworking

The concrete where we had cupboards is a little bit lower than the tiles. We need to level this out to the same height so we can then put vinyl floor boards on top. The space that needs to be levelled is 3.23m x 0.54m

Carpet is rumpling in 3yo apartment bedroom. Approx. 3.8m x 4.3m. Scope: Attend 9th floor apartment at agreed time and date with carpet stretching and fixing equipment. Assist owner remove small piano. Stretch carpet and refix. Assist owner to move small piano back. Cleanup. Only experienced carpet layers should apply.

Spilt ice tea on carpet, tried to get it out but won’t budge. Need a professional to get it out better than me

30 sqm office, carpet will be on site ready to go.

On Wednesday and Thursday (11-12th of Dec) Replacing weatherboards and installing fascia. You will need to bring your own tools. Will discuss job specifics onsite.

4 x 3 metre area to be sanded back then coated to roughly match in with existing floor area. Professional sander only.

C. 50-60sqm of hybrid floating floor to be installed. Flooring provided but trims etc will need to be included

One wall approx 7m long caulking

Carpet has been removed and needs to be stretched back onto nail plate. This is for 1 room on 3 sides only. Carpet is approx 3 years old

Floor sanding and polish - Due date: Flexible

Spilt water, put bi carb soda on it as found online to assist soaking but has left noticeable patch - Due date: Before Friday, 8 December 2023

Small area of carpet (2 m2) needs refitting after water leak from aircon unit.
