2 small adjacent rooms need carpet. Floor is not perfectly level so will require some ingenuity to ensure finish is level with tiles. May need to glue down some corners without smooth edge etc. Rooms are approximately 2.9m x 3.5m. Currently have yellow tongue floors, empty apartment on first floor. Thinking of going with light coloured 12mm polyester. No skirting boards down yet. Photos are from 2 months ago.

Hi taskers, I need someone experienced to sand back and re-oil our rear deck. The deck itself is Merbau and mostly sits under a laser lite roof, so condition is ok, however parts of the deck which catch a lot of sun are faded badly leading me to think the whole deck will need to be sanded back. There’s also a number of nails sitting proudly which will need addressing before belt sanding or similar. The deck measures about 3m x 6, with one large step and a bottom segment that wraps around the corner of the house which I would also like sanded and oiled. We can supply the products including deck clean, oil and colour additive (inter grain universal oil with obsidian black additive). Price is to cover best part of two full days work. One for prep, sanding and first coat, and then another day for second coat. Date is flexible.

Rental property. My son and I started prep and painted small areas but have run out of time/ energy/ patience. Son may get around to changing about 5 weatherboards but if not will need that done. Some prep may still be needed but I think most done. Needs spray painting- have a small spray gun and some paint. ATM I'll ask for a day's work but would like to discuss further.

The carpet in the corridor and living room needs to be removed and replaced with new laminate flooring. The kitchen currently has tiled flooring; the tiles do not need to be removed, but laminate flooring should be installed over them.
