A door has been removed from the main living area. Gaps in frame require filling and the frame requires painting. I would also like a barn door to be installed in this space.

Need to install an entrance lever set in place of an existing internal door lever. Important: The existing hole isn’t big enough, needs expanding to 54mm from both sides of the door. Everything else fits perfect. I don’t have a drill or piece with me to expand the hole otherwise would be able to do myself.

The door is the old wooden style, but it could do with some refurbishment (see photos) - I don't know if that's possible, also happy without. there is a fly screen door but that can be propped open as I imagine it's easier to do the one door rather than both.
