I need to route Ethernet and HDMI cables from an upstairs linen cupboard through to an existing entertainment cupboard on ground floor. Work will involve cutting a hole in an upstairs linen cupboard plasterboard wall towards the floor, drilling through the floor, running approx 5m across ground floor ceiling space and down the ground wall approx 2m. The ceiling has ceiling speakers so it’s easy to fish cables across ceiling and down the wall to the entertainment cupboard. I’ve added photos below with red being the intended cable run through the ceiling and down the wall into the entertainment cupboard.
