I was phished by a company that I thought was Microsoft. i transferred hem $60 and they used a eu-da-me style product to remotely configure a new driver and then told me that they needed to charge me $500.00 to fix an issue. I have two (x2) Apple MacBooks that I need restored back to factory settings and the memory wiped.
