I need someone with AV or live-streaming experience to come to me tonight and set up a wired connection that mirrors my iPad screen onto my Windows laptop, so I can share the iPad screen inside a Zoom meeting. I have a video assessment tomorrow morning and need this working and tested tonight. The setup is straightforward for someone who knows AV gear: iPad video output goes through an Apple AV adapter (HDMI out) HDMI into a USB capture device (must be UVC / driver-free) USB into my Windows laptop, where the iPad then appears as a webcam/video source That source gets shared into a Zoom call What I need you to do: Bring a UVC HDMI-to-USB capture dongle, and a genuine Apple [Lightning OR USB-C] AV adapter if you have one (tell me in your offer if you have these, or I can have them ready) Connect it all up and confirm the iPad screen shows cleanly on the laptop Get the iPad showing as a shareable video source inside a Zoom test meeting Make sure the image is sharp and full-sized, not shrunk or cropped Show me how to start it from scratch myself, and write down the 3 or 4 steps so I can repeat it tomorrow without you Good to know: I'll transfer you the money for any purchases made in advance (will need your ID) This is just a video setup job. You won't need to see or handle any private or client information. We can test the whole thing using an ordinary photo or app on the iPad. My laptop is a Windows PC, so I specifically need someone comfortable getting an iPad working with Windows (no AirPlay, the wired capture route). Should take 1 to 2 hours including testing.
