Currently having an issue with internet not connecting. Currently connected to wifi and we checked with nbn and kogan and network is fine. The belong modem always opens on the modem/router login page

i have a lenovo 6th generation thinkpad X1 carbon. the battery cannot last more than 3 hours after unplugging from power, used to be able to last for more than 1 day. Looking for someone who can come to my place in fitzroy to fix the issue. unfortunately because my business relies too much on my laptop, i cannot afford it to be taken away to workshop somewhere, i can only afford that it be fixed within an hour at my place in fitzroy. I need to route Ethernet and HDMI cables from an upstairs linen cupboard through to an existing entertainment cupboard on ground floor. Work will involve cutting a hole in an upstairs linen cupboard plasterboard wall towards the floor, drilling through the floor, running approx 5m across ground floor ceiling space and down the ground floor wall approx 2m. The ceiling has ceiling speakers so it’s easy to fish cables across ceiling and down the wall to the entertainment cupboard. I’ve added photos below with red being the intended cable run through the ceiling and down the wall into the entertainment cupboard. Work should be finished off nicely with the Ethernet cable, HDMI cables and wall plates fitted (all supplies provided).
