Some time ago we moved MS365 subscription to go direct. Most emails were transferred over, but old emails didnt roll over. We need to have the whole set cleaned up. We have tried 'Microsoft experts' and they didnt even understand how the back-end Exchange, Intra worked. We have a GLOBAL login with all users set up and working. I've searched via Discovery and successfully downloaded the old emails/sites for a couple of users. However, there are some users that just won't work. This job is to fix the problem, not spend hours trying the 'typica troubleshooting'. If you are not an expert on the back-end and setting up Business environment emails and compliance (8 staff/MS365 Business Standard Licenses), then please do not apply.
