I need someone to measure, cut or get Bunnings to cut the correct shape and fit plaster board or wood to cover some odd shaped windows

My dog was very dehydrated and and pee'd on our floorboards and it instantly has left a stain that needs to be removed or at the very least significantly lightened/ improved upon. I am looking for a spot treatment just on the area in question.

Wooden shed door won't close properly because it catches on the ground. It needs to be trimmed or the track needs to be adjusted. The door is heavy and is probably best left on the shed rather than taking it off, but we can discuss this on site.

Looking for a suitably qualified carpenter/builder to build a small (approx 1.5 deep, 1.8 wide, 1.8 high) custom shed. This would include sourcing material. Basic square design with cladding on outside and a small basic door on the front. Slopping metal roof from front to back (similar style design to classic garden sheds in inner city). I have added two photos. The first is the basic size/ look I’m after (although it would have weatherboard cladding) and the second photo with the metal shed shows the concrete slab that the shed would go on.
