I need repair of a single portico on a townhouse. The blue board and the trim have separated from movement over time, as shown in the image. There is also a gap underneath the portico that will need filling, once the blue board and trim are re-screwed back in place. There is no water leakage under the portico from the roof above—it is just a façade fix. I am happy to do the painting myself to save a return trip once the filler has dried.
