Paint and touch up recently renovated 4 bedroom home. Total work- 4 bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen and sunroom and hallway plus 1 blue board external wall (approx 16sq m)

Need someone to assist in re-cladding a hatchet job of a fence fence structure itself is stable. Options are to either remove the existing blue board and re-clad or clad over the top with either a blue board and render or a render texture cladding. Fence approx 28m long, 2.5m tall. Will remove electrics prior to job.

Window Cover-Up: There are existing glass windows on this side of the shed that need to be completely covered over securely so they are flush with the wall. Painting: Once blue boarded, the wall needs to be rendered/finished and painted to perfectly match the texture and color of the existing surrounding walls in our outdoor area. The final result must look like one continuous, seamless wall. Part 2: Garden Bed Cleanup Plant Removal: Directly underneath this shed wall is an existing garden bed. I need all plants, roots, and weeds completely removed from this bed. Site Cleanup: Dispose of all the green waste and clear out the bed so it is entirely clean, level, and tidy. Important Details: Materials: Please specify in your offer if your quote includes materials (blue board, plaster/filler, paint, screws, etc.) or if we need to supply them. Tools & Disposal: You must bring all your own tools and have a way to dispose of the garden green waste and any construction offcuts. We have several cracks over the walls on 3 sides of our extension. It’s not been done right originally now we seeing cracks in the board joints and window frames. Must come out look at the job and quote . My value if entered is a guesstimate. Looking for render over the 3 sides of house . Think it’s got ArcTrex originally.
