The draw cord/pull on the right-hand side of the curtain is no longer connected to the curtain, so the curtains cannot be opened or closed using the cord. The track and curtain need to be inspected, reattached, and tested to ensure they operate smoothly. Scope of work: Inspect the curtain track and draw cord mechanism.
