I bought a brand new bed from 40 Winks but the legs on the end plate don’t fit flush with side panels the bolts don’t go in.

The bottom of one set of drawers has fallen out and needs repairing. Another set of drawers has jammed because of a folder blocking it from being opened. Both drawers are on a set of runners and cannot be removed easily (at least by me) and may need carpentry expertise.
