The screws on my bedroom door hinge don’t seem to be staying in place when they get rescrewed and the door is protruding a little bit such that it doesn’t close. Supply and install new screws such that hinge stays in place - bonus if you can supply and glue the board that’s coming off. Visitors parking available

Give me your best advice / plan It’s the bed in the picture, yes I know it’s a selfie.. don’t judge me haha Wooden frame, needs longer screws for header and base, there’s 2 holes but a third is possible as well just can’t get to it easy and may also require some sort of cutting wood (maybe) Also screw slats in to side boards so that they don’t move either. My availability is this Sun to Monday before 10am. Or Tuesday/Wednesday any time during the day. Budget Neg. I don’t know what it costs to fix a bed. I need someone to fix the handle/latch on my bedroom door. The door handle moves normally from both sides, but the latch/bolt does not retract when the handle is turned. This means if the door is closed, it may become stuck/locked shut and unable to open.

We need to have someone handy with tools go on-site to change out a frame section of an electric bed. Have a video instruction on how to complete this job. Tools needed are a screwdriver and a spanner. This is a simple unbolt-and-rebolt job; the timeframe should be 1 hour to complete.

Ceiling fan only does high speed and not the medium and low for some reason

- install 2 x wall hooks in brick wall for prints - hang Dyson bracket, and move existing mop bracket to faciliate - measure up to hang outdoor festoon lights. Purchase appropriate ones from Bunnings and hang (ready for Electrician to install). - move wall brackets up slightly so out of the way of the door - fix bed frame - was taken apart to do floors, and is sinking. I think it hasn’t been screwed back together properly (very new bespoke frame, so not broken). Price for labour and time - cost for lights will be payable in addition

Repair bedroom door with a slight crack
