My Miele dishwasher is showing an F11 fault (think it has to do with the filter) so it’s creating a bad smell and not working. Also my kitchen sink has snapped and needs to be replaced. I think just the spout needs to be replaced not the entire tap set. Need this done ASAP

Commercial dishwasher suddenly has problem with fill water into the machine

Washing machine is leaving bits of plastic/metal in the washing and is really loud. Assume it a bearings or other mechanical problem.

On spin cycle the machine is making a loud knocking sound, sounds like a truck is going through the house! Was always really quiet. It is also not draining properly and have to do spin cycle twice to remove excess water on clothes. And sometimes during a cycle like 25 mins before the cycle is to finish it comes up with A:02 and PAUSE, have tried everything online to fix the error code but still appears from time to time. I had a repair man come out cost $200 and he just drained the pipes and said not sure what was wrong with it and could he take the machine offsite. Clearly I said no! So please be experienced in fixing Bosch Front Loader washing machines Serie 6 (washer and dryer combined. Im debating on whether to get this fixed or buy a new one! Can someone experienced in these machines please give me a quote prior to repairs?

Needing a two plate standard cooktop exchanged please (old one is scratched but working). Have a new cooktop ready - two plate of the same size. See photo of the cooktop purchased from Kogan. Just need it exchanged over. Existing cooktop is working still and no underlying cabling problems. This is a well maintained and new apartment complex. Please show us your electrical license. , I have an integrated fridge. The outer cabinet door is no longer properly connected to the fridge door because the hinge/bracket/connection has broken and a part is missing. The fridge itself still closes and works fine, but I can’t open the fridge using the outer cabinet door anymore. I need someone to repair or replace the missing/broken connection so the outer cabinet door can open the fridge door again. Photo attached for reference

Gas leak has been diagnosed by gas supply co but cannot fix because they told us its not on the supply side so we have to get our own plumber. They have turned off the gas at the meter so it is safe for now, but we can't use any gas appliances =(

Water drain pipe is blocked

Fridge turns on, then after 10 mins it turns off and trips the fuse box. I am thinking it’s either a belt, wiring issue or a compressor.
