I would like: • Confirmation of what it is connected to • Check whether it is active • Safely remove and cap it if it is no longer required 2️⃣ While onsite, I would also like a general inspection of the home gas system, including: • Gas cooktop connection • Gas hot water system • Visible gas lines • Basic leak/safety check 💰 The listed budget is based on the assumption that no major modification is required. If the job turns out to be more complex, I am happy to adjust the price accordingly after inspection.

Just moved into a new house and need my washing machine installed. It will be installed in the fridge space next to the laundry sink. There is a cabinet wall between the fridge space and under the laundry sink where the washing machine taps are. There are already 3 holes in the cabinet for hoses but they aren't wide enough to fit the hoses through, so they may need to be made wider to accommodate, probably with a hole saw and a drill. The washing machine will need to be moved from garage to laundry, but I have a trolley and can assist, and there are no flights of stairs.
