Washing machine lead got wet because of some leakage in laundry, now every time we connect it to a plug the house electricity fuses. Need something done urgently because the kids uniforms are locked in the machine.

My washing machine needs its seal replaced and its drain filter and pump emptied. Parts should not be needed - I have the replacement seal, i just need it installed and also need the drain filter and pump cleared out.

The oven needs a service and possibly a replacement part. It has a hard time firing up initially and when operating, the gas won't reignite when the temperature drops.

Where my washing machine connects to the sink it is slowly leaking. My landlord said it would be fixed if I put an elastic band around it but it’s not working. If you think this is a simple fix and can fix this for me I’d appreciate it.

We need a new hole in the kitchen cabinet for dishwasher pipes. Original provision is not big enough for new dishwasher pipe. Located in Werribee. Won't need help installing. Just need the hole cut on the cabinet. Please see attached photo.
