I need someone to repair my samsung Home Hub fridge freezer (SRF671BFH2) that is 7 years old. The freezer section ( both bottom left and right ) as well as the ice maker is no longer freezing. The fridge appears to hold its temperature at 3deg C. The ice maker froze over a few years ago and threw a 40C error. I have just completed a 48h defrost so that error code has now cleared - but the icemaker no longer makes ice. I can hear the compressor start up and the stepper motor find its home on bootup. The freezer fan works but only the inlet pipe to the freezer coil has frost on it.

What I've done: I have already checked and cleaned the external sink pipes, but the water is still stuck inside the unit. Bonaire Navigator remote control is not paired with receiver. There's no signal level shown when the remote is in pairing mode as shown in the photo.
