I have two rooms, each with an external electric roller shutter system covering three side-by-side windows. Both systems are operated by a single motor each. 🏠 Room 1: • Middle and left shutters are stuck and not moving at all. • Right shutter still works fine. • Issue started after manually trying to pull the shutter down. 🏠 Room 2: • Middle shutter is completely stuck (doesn’t come down at all). • Left and right shutters only come down halfway and then stop. The motors seem to still be functioning since some parts respond. Commercial kitchen natural gas pressure very low. Can’t even light up all the pilots. Happened few times before, strangely the pressure got normal again after few hours. Would like this issue to be fixed permanently. Note: kitchen is in shopping centre, got the shopping centre professional gas plumber came a check and we got told that shopping centre part hasn’t got any faults on their part.

I’m having an issue with our washing machine. The drain plug is jammed, and I haven’t been able to get it open. It also seems that the water isn’t draining properly, so I’m hoping to get someone out to help unjam the plug and unblock the drain. It's a BOSCH

Renovating kitchen Need a gas plumber to be present with the kitchen installers place the cabinets to place cooktop , dishwasher and sink in. Also require the plumber to move the gas pipe to the side to fit the oven UNDER the cooktop Will require certificate of compliance for the fittings

Renovating kitchen Replacing old cooktop (60cm) with new 90cm cooktop. Just need old one removed for now . Gas pipe under needs to be moved, jsut aside so an electric oven can be placed under cooktop .

One of the cables needs replacing and the whole machine needs to be serviced. Brand Inspiration home gym. Bought from Aldi. Instruction book is available. I will bear the cost of replacement cables.
