Looking for an experienced dishwasher technician to inspect and repair a Fisher & Paykel black double DishDrawer dishwasher, installed approximately 3 years ago. Issue: The dishwasher currently has power and still makes the normal digital sound when opening/closing the drawer, but none of the touch buttons respond and the wash cycle will not start. There is also a red light showing inside near/below the detergent/rinse-aid dispenser. I have tried basic checks, but the controls remain unresponsive. Need someone to diagnose whether it is a lock/control panel issue, sensor/latch issue, or possible control board fault, and repair if possible. Washing Machine drain is not working. I have drain it manually 3 times and it is still showing error code after each cycle.

The washer hose came away from the tap. The collar is tight little rusty. Might need new one. I can’t re attach the hose myself.
