Ride on Lawn Mower belt keeps coming off

ILVE P90 gas cooking range, working but tenant complains oven doesn't get sufficient hot and one gas hob trouble igniting - recent service ( last year) base element was replaced along with new hinges and rubber seal, so may just be user error. Cooker has not be used for some months so Service required. Please provide estimate

Replaced washing machine rubber door seal myself. When re connected the washing machine won’t run properly. It runs on a 12 minute spin cycle until 8 mins then freezes and re sets to 12, door locks and can only be re opened manually. Was working fine before I replaced the seal
