Mobile Lawn mower repair. Lawn mower cord has snapped

am having problem with my dishwasher. It turns on but doesn’t do anything after that. I have checked the tape and water supply everything seems to be fine. I have attached the picture of the dishwasher. Can you please help to fix this. My restaurant is in Burnside
