I have a VCM5000 vending machine. When selecting some of the items stocked in the machine using the keypad, the error code “make alternative selection” is appearing, despite there being items available. It was working perfectly fine, however since restocking, perhaps some of wires have come loose behind the shelving and the coils. Not all shelves have this error code. Many items are vending and dispensing correctly, however there are 1-2 shelves that are not. Vending machine is located at a busy factory and with crews working 24/7, so we’d like it repaired as soon as possible please. Only apply if you specifically have experience in vending machine maintenance, repairs and/or servicing, so as to not waste time. Many thanks in advance.

The drain pump is blocked. Can’t release the pump cover from the front. Washer/Dryer needs to be opened and the pump accessed, cleaned out, put back in, and the covers replaced. Hoses cleaned, if necessary.

I bought two Tapo indoor cameras C200 & C210. I can only view cameras locally not remotely.
