The wire has snapped on my manual roller shutter and need it replaced. Please see photos attached thank you!

Electrician to install new oven and cooktop. Needs new direct connections from switchboard to oven and cooktop. There is no existing connection as previously gas. The wires will need to run through the roof and down the side of the house via a conduit (about 12meters). The path for the wires will follow the path of an existing aircon unit. Conduits externally to be left straight and very neat and tidy. All cables and materials to be provided by the Electrician. Access to roof void under roof sheets (well trodden path so no issues). Fisher & Paykel front load washing machine. Pump filter broken and blocked

Fit new sink and new tap into new benchtop (hole already cut out for you). Seal correctly, water tight. Connect sink to water supply and drain. Provide appropriate trap and pipework for connection (sink is single drain with overflow). Also connect (pre-installed) dishwasher to water supply and drain. Dishwasher pipes are shown in picture already within carcass under sink. All other parts that we have (that came with sink and tap) are in the pictures. Plumber to supply other connections required to ensure connections are done correctly and water tight.

Hair front loader washing machine seal replacement. Have the new seal I just can't remove the old one.

I had a gas company come and do the gas safety check and they said that the gas regulator on the cooking appliance is non-compliant as it cannot be adjusted to the correct burner pressure for the appliance. I need to get it checked and replaced if that's correct.
