Hi, I need an experienced tasker to install/wall-mount two clothes dryers directly above two front-loader washing machines in my laundry area. Details of the job: Left Dryer: Currently on the floor/leaning wall-side. Needs to be wall-mounted above the left space/washing machine area. Middle Dryer: Currently mounted, but needs to be adjusted/re-mounted lower or aligned properly above the middle washing machine (Haier). Right Dryer: Do not touch (will stay as is). Requirements: Please bring your own tools (stud finder, drill, heavy-duty wall anchors, level, bracket/mounting hardware if needed). Experienced with appliance wall-mounting (dryers are heavy, needs secure mounting into wall studs or proper masonry masonry anchor). Assistance with lifting the dryers into place. Please check the attached photo for layout details before bidding. Let me know if you have your own brackets or if I need to supply standard wall-mounting brackets/kits.

Electrolux heat pump dryer needs a more thorough cleaning which may require some disassembly

The washing machine's drain hose needs to be connected to the sink's drain pipe. There are two possible connection points on the sink's drain pipe, so one must be capped off while the hose is connected to the other (the diameter will need adjusting). There is also a slow-draining issue at another washbasin that needs to be checked.

Washing machine leaking – check connection & relocate if needed My washing machine is currently connected in the kitchen, however it is leaking from the hose/pipe and I’m concerned it may not have been hooked up correctly. I'm hoping to get help & a quote for a job at our home in North Bondi involving an integrated dishwasher, kitchen cabinetry, and flooring. The issue: Our integrated dishwasher is boxed in by engineered oak flooring that was installed after the dishwasher was originally fitted. The floorboards now butt directly up against the appliance's base, with no gap or removable threshold, so the dishwasher cannot be rolled out for servicing or replacement. What we think the job involves: 1. Assess floor-to-underside-of-benchtop cavity height, and the depth/height of the recess the dishwasher currently sits in, to determine whether a standard, slimline, or other dishwasher will fit once the floor is corrected. 2. Cut back a section of the existing floorboards (ideally along board joints, in the direction of the plank run) to create enough clearance to remove the old dishwasher. 3. Disconnect and remove the existing dishwasher (plumbing/electrical disconnect maybe required) - i can organise if needed 4. Advise on and supply/fit a replacement dishwasher appropriate to the confirmed cavity height. 5. Reinstate the flooring around the new appliance, ideally with consideration for future serviceability (e.g. a scribe piece or similar) so this doesn't recur. 6. Reconnect plumbing/electrical and test. We'd like to avoid simply building a ramp of extra flooring up to the appliance, as we're concerned this could reduce clearance further and limit which dishwashers would fit, we'd rather address the underlying height mismatch properly. Could you let me know: - Whether this is something you can scope and manage (including any subcontractors needed for flooring/plumbing/electrical), or coordinate with in-house trades - Availability for a site visit to measure and assess - Rough cost range once you understand the scope - ignore what i have selected attached photos showing the current setup if useful. My washing machine is not draining and it needs to be repaired. I believe it might be a clogged hose as the machine is only 2 years old. The machine sits under a dryer so the dryer will have to be lifted off to access the machine.
