Install a washing machine we’ve just purchased

Tenant has complained about a burning smell once the dryer is turned on. They have said they already checked the lint filter etc.

Washing machine is leaking from the front bottom right side (opposite to the drain drawer side) The water is leaking out during the first 10 minutes of the wash and then stops. It’s not from the seal or drain. Drain is not blocked. It’s very clearly coming from behind the bottom panel on the other side. The cycle goes fully with no other issues.

Beko Dishwasher repair not filling or draining (maybe pump issue?) Looking for someone to take a look at my Beko dishwasher. Bosch washing machine has stopped working. Electrical circuitry seems fine (still turns on). It seems to be problem with internal plumbing. We have tried draining the usual bits but that hasn’t worked. Located in Paddington, 2021 (the task keeps reverting to Edgecliff but we live in Paddington).

Finally giving in - need to install plugin range hood within existing cutouts and reattach cupboard doors + remove old induction stove top and install nose one (hardwired) stripped screws up top of range hood through cupboard will need removing

We need a gas oven connected - see images. And a dishwasher hose with Aquastop valve fitted to a De Llonghi dishwasher. Must be qualified gas fitter and able to do both jobs. Easy parking, ground floor house in Bondi.
