2.5 year old Bosch smu6hcs01a/17 error code 69 - cycle was stopping with error code displayed with the dishes not dryed - now the wash cycle won’t start and it simply shows E69 after multiple resets

I bought this Westinghouse wall oven as an ex-display model. It is new and just placed in the hutch. The displays work fine. It just won't heat the main oven or the grill.
